  • Community Center Manager

    Salary Position

    The Community Center Manager is responsible for overseeing operations of the community center, including recovery support, peer services, and stakeholder relationships.

    This role requires the ability to oversee and support a variety of other staff, including recognizing strengths and areas for improvement, coaching for growth and development, and making unbiased decisions regarding employee management.

    You must possess basic essential skills related to de-escalation and conflict resolution. With a community center open to all individuals who want a safe environment, this position requires managing and overseeing all interactions between clients/community members and navigating conflict in a safe and restorative manner.

    You must support an organizational culture that reflects the value placed on high quality client services and inter-departmental collaboration, including maintaining confidentiality and supporting a trauma-informed, holistic service approach.

  • Female focused CRM

    Full Time Position

    The Recovery Mentor provides peer support and recovery mentoring services through supporting clients in building recovery capital, navigating systems, and developing individualized paths to sustainable recovery. Responsibilities include managing client caseloads, documenting services, conducting outreach, and occasionally staffing the community center during drop-in hours. Candidates must have lived recovery experience, be eligible for CRM certification, and demonstrate strong communication, documentation, and boundary-setting skills.

    This individual will provide services to female identifying individuals but will be open to providing services to all people needing care.

  • Male focused CRM

    Full Time Position

    Full Time Position

    Develop and manage recovery support services at the Rogue Recovery Community Center. Engage and inform the recovery community of external and internal recovery support opportunities and health related services. This individual will staff the community center, develop social media posts, and help organize and execute recovery events.
